A lot of you have been asking me how I find the guts to travel on my own. Is it safe? Don’t you get lonely? How much would it cost. I’ve been answering some questions via this blog. I may not have all the answers but I know how to find them.

This is why I came up with this post – a compilation of recent tips and tales for and by other gypsygals. Enjoy šŸ™‚ !

2.) Confessions of a Globe Trotter: How to Travel Smarter:

Social media marketing expert Shama Kabani shares tips on how to stay healthy and happy before, during and after a business trip.

3.) Learning To Let Go:

One of the most important lessons that you’ll learn while traveling is that you can’t control everything. In life, love and travel, sometimes the best option is just to go with the flow.

4.) Solo Travel to Cancun:

I recently guest posted in Solo Traveler about my trip to Mexico. Highlight of that trip: a visit to the magnificent Chichen Itza.

5.) Flying  With No Baggage:

One day, (and soon, believe you and me), I’ll be leaving my backpack and just travel with that fantabulous jacket.  Nora Dunn, the Professional Hobo, showed that yes it's possible to travel light and in style.

6.) To Hostel Or Not To Hostel:

7.)_ Changing Delhi: One Cab Ride At A Time:

I don't recommend first time solo female travelers to go to Delhi as it's simply not safe. Period. However, this new venture – where you can ride in a cab being driven by Indian wome – will not only keep you safe while navigating the Indian capital.  But this is also a way for all gypsygals to lift the status of Indian women.

8. Wise Words: Going Home – a beautiful piece by a woman traveler about her journey to China and coming home to Melbourne.
